UPDATE The Trenz frame turned out to be a big POS! Tried it out at night when i was leaving Etown, and one light already stopped working, and the other side barley shed enough light down to reach the tops of the numbers..

Sent that crap back, and ordered a Billet Speciality one.. Quality has got to be better with this one!

just gonna miss having the "boltless design.."

Actually, I don't have the lighted one, just the nice ball milled design with their logo. But I have seen the lighted frames on a few of the hot rods they have at their shop and they do light up nicely. You should be a happy camper

I have a billet specialties frame on mine and the light isn't too bright. I don't really care too much because no one really needs to read my plate anyway.

Understood. But try telling that to a New Jersey officer... Guess its only a law here, if not id have just a regular frame on my roll pan.

Mind taking a up close day time pic, and a little bit back night pic of yours?

Maybe check the codes to see if a certain amount light is required. If not, then you shouldn't be cited. I have a pic of the frame on a lund roll pan in my f150 online gallery. I'll take a night pic and try to post it tomorrow.
