Pretty cool looking if you asked me... I always wondered what a light bar would like on one of these. Now, I may just have to get one instead of having my dash light

It was most likely a drug seizure. Instead of donating it elsewhere, they decided to put it to good use. I think it was a very wise and practical use of tax dollars. $500 worth of adjustments, and it becomes a very noticeable marketing tool that can be used to lure young motorheads into the field of law enforcement. (And around here, the MTA drives Mustang GTs and Z28s daily for traffic enforcement)
