Mine didn't either. I had to pay $29 for the tool and another $69 or something for the 2.5" pulley.

 

I just got the told in the mail yesterday. I'm very impressed. I need to figure out some sort of mounting bracket for inside the cab to somehow display this work of art. It's unfortunate I won't be using the tool so often. Very nice attention to detail at a very affordable price. I agree with the others in this thread...for the $3000 cost of the blower, this tool should be included. Thanks for filling the gap, Tommy!
