Weight of 5.4 head??

Can anybody tell me how much a head from our motor weighs?? The reason I want to know is I will be shipping them to my engine builder for a core charge. Thanks in advance.

Uh, I don 't know how many people have weighed the heads. They should be surprisingly light, as they are aluminum. I would imagine 20-30 pounds, but I can't be sure.
