fuel system ??

Ok let me start off by telling you what we (me and a friend) are doing to his 2000L

built motor (rods,pistons,headwork.)
Monsterbox trans
KB blower.. 20psi boost
and some laughing gas

My question is how much power will the stock fuel system support?

Should we replace the injectors or the pumps or both..??

soonerlightning,

I would get the 255 lph pumps, 55 pound injectors and the fuel rails with the adjustable regulator. That would get you where you need to be as far as sufficient fuel delivery.

Hope this helps,

If your going to run 20lb and some hose, you gotta do the whole system. Fuel rails and lines too. It will run with the stock stuff but sooner or later something will happen.

I have a KB pushing 16lbs, included in my mods are the Cobra 255lb pumps and I have maxed the 42lb stock injectors. Last dyno 496 hp and 562 torque, all with a stock lower.
