One of my dreams is to get a dozen Lightning owners together and take a tour of Europe ending on the Autobahn. I'm sure we would be the talk of the town (every town), then rolling on the Autobahn WOT with the Bimmers, Porsches, Mercedes etc. would be killer. What a trip that would be!
It would'nt be cheap but, OH MAN!

 

Imagine the look on a BMW or Porsche owner's face when you hang with him up to 130Mph or so... (then areodynamics)

 

Call me in about 4 years when i have graduated college and have some money saved up. Im up for it

 

We have the Beltway we could try it on!!!!

 

.. just about every FL meet ends up with a race down the hwy to dinner or somewhere... not me though, im a safe driver

the gas prices over there is very expensive
I go there every year to visit family

 

i ran with a z28 up to 130 last saturday on i-10 @ 610 west side by side until we shut it down

 

I was stationed in Hanau, and I got to drive a M548 on the Autobahn , does that count. lol
By the way, the fastest car I ever saw on the autobahn was a Mercedes that passed are convoy and that included alot of other sports cars.

The lightnings would be fun on there though.

 

How long could an L drive over 120mph? I always heard you will blow a gasket driving that fast for any amount of sustained time.
