I will try and explain this best way I know how.....Within the last few days when I start the truck up it idles real deep and kinda rough, it continues when I drive but goes away after some time driving. It does not do it every start up. I can feel the idle in my feet when i have them on the floor but when it goes away I dont feel it?? Heres what I think it could be:

1) Plugs
2) IAC
3) Oil??
4) something in the exhaust system???
5) Filter too dirty??
6) Fuel fliter???
