Just ordered a black powdercoated alternator from Mr Alternator. Just wondering if any of you guys have it and how is it working for you?? I have a decent sized stereo and will be taxing my battery with intercooler fans, an e fan and electric water pump.

 

ordered one for the old chevy ...200 amp. worked great for 2 years and resold it on ebay for almost what i gave for it. i was satisfied, and thinking about getting one for the L. let me know how your's works out

I have had my 200 installed for 4 months with no problems.

 

Is the alternator (reduction) pulley required when we add boost or is it just a waste of cash?

 

The alternator is on a diff belt .

 

got a brand new never been used black one waiting for a new owner...anyone?

 

I would have bought yours autopc, if I hadn't already ordered one on sept 22. And there wasn't that little thing about me never getting the mirror decals I paid for a couple of years ago...

 

darn, lemme know if you need another one and i'll deduct the 50 cents...
