Flipper question

I though I have read somewhere that if you have a Diablo chip with the correct numbers for the chip and computer, that you can flip it on the fly... Is that correct, and does anyone do it?

Yes you can, and yes I have. If you flip it to the off position you can't turn it back on till you shut the truck down. Ask me how I know:o

Wife and I took the "L" out for a cruise/picnic a couple weeks ago. Over the next couple of days I began to think something was seriously wrong with the truck. Just not accellerating the way it should, not chirping the tires on shifts etc... Pulled into work one afternoon and happened to glance down in the area of the chip switch. It was off!!! Then I remembered that bag of chips, sandwiches and vanilla cokes that had slid off the seat a couple days earlier. All is well again

the newer diablo deltas are switchable on the fly, just like the autologics
