Talked to a shop about the sparkplug issue and, he states their is a kit for the L's. it's a heli-coil kit. Anyone running these kits or is their something better or just get the new heads for 03 ? Thanx!

 

heli-coils are heli-coils, this "kit" have a brand name of any kind?

if its just reg heli-coilin then most ppl would say heads > them

 

New heads or at the very least IMO steel sleeves. I dont think you should do helicoils at all. Had mine done 4 months ago and the shop wouldn't do coils.(they have seen too many bad things) Who can post a link to the thread w/ pic's of the coil pieces broken off and found the cylinder. (i think)
