$39,000 For a 2000

Found this flamed Lightning on the web today and its seems kind of steep priced for a 2000 model even with low miles and custom paint.
What do you guys think of this one:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2435135213

Is it even a Lightning or are the descriptions of it WAY off. Dual rear wheels, grill guard, otional fuel tank ????????

Maybe I should add a Lightning to my garage seeing I keep getting drawn to them wherever I see them listed or their parts
(But not the one above)

That price doesn't beat the $52,000.00 I saw on the paper the other day for Waldorf Ford for a 2001 Lightning used.
Guess it's a typo

Later...

that truck does not have 3,500 miles!

The guy puts money into the truck for a nice paint job and puts some crome rims on it, and hopes to either get his money back or make money on it! Don't think so man...

Wouldn't it be nice if it worked out that way. We can all dream.

That is tooooo much. The rims and tires were about 2000-3000, flame about 2500. The truck was 32000 brand new. Do the math. 37,500 . That is for brand new stuff. He should go to HE double hockey sticks.

I hope he gets it, or close to it. The way I figure it, the more others sell thier Lightnings for, the more mine may be worth some day!
