ZEX Has anyone contacted them??

I have tried to call ZEX at the only phone # listed on their site and it just rings, not even a message. I want to get the recommended jet sizes for a particulat HP wet combo. Are they in business? Do they offer phone support like the site claims?

What Jet Combo are you looking for ?

I can tell you for a fact these 3 Combo's, I'm looking right at the chart that came with mine

-------------55HP-------------65HP---------------75HP
Nitrous Jet---32-----------------36-----------------40
Fuel Jet------17-----------------19-----------------21

If you have the larger Zex Kit,
All you have to do is look at the 3 Nitrous Jets
and the 3 Fuel Jets they gave you.

The lowest numer Nitrous and Fuel Jet would go together,
and equal the lowest HP setting the kit offers.

Then it's tit to figure the rest, the next two go together,
then the next.

Are the 82021 and 82023 Kit different? I thought the only difference was what size Jets can in the package. For my kit it says

75hp
Nitrous - 40
Fuel - 26
Recommends retarding the timing 0 degrees

100hp
Nitrous - 46
Fuel - 30
Recommends retarding the timing 2 degrees

125hp
Nitrous - 54
Fuel - 34
Recommends retarding the timing 4 degrees

EDIT: Obviously im gonna be a champ and run a 125 shot...

Thats part of the problem. I have seen different jet sizes for the same HP. Some kits reference a 75HP of 40/21 (like mine) and the 82023 shows the 75HP as 40/26. I surely want to make sure the combo is correct to be safe with the 125HP shot.

WOW This does make no sence at all,

I was told the the same thing,
that the only differance between the two kits, was the jets.

Obviously that can't be the case here ?

Hey who knows, maybe I'm only running like 10HP jets
and can put a set of Mikes in

His increments are 6 for Nitrous Jets,
and 4 for the Fuel Jets, mine are 4 and 2.
The 75 seem to share the same Nitrous Jet Size,
but the Fuel size is differant ????

BTW
Don't believe everything you read
I run 16 degrees of timing w/75HP and have even done it
with 6lbs of Pulley.
I even have a 18 degree program to still try

The difference seems to be the the 82021 kit recommends -4 degrees advance with the 40/21 combo and the 82023 kit runs stock advance with teh 40/26 combo. They run richer rather than less timing. Does this mean that you could run the 100 and 125 kits with more advance with more fuel?

I will wait until I hear from ZEX and will let you know.

Thanks seidler
I also asked Tim/Paul (REM) to read the post
and help explain it, I bought my kit from them.
