NHRA requirements

Can someone shoot me a link or breifly explain the NHRA sanctioned track rules/requirements for quarter mile ET's? At what point do you need a helmet/cage/suit/driveshaft loop etc etc? Thanks in advance.

Once your in the 13's you need a helmet, so you better get one. Even if your in the 14's I would still wear one, your noggin is worth a little protection.

You can type in NHRA in the search box on Yahoo and it will give you links to NHRA and the ruels are there. Also most speed shops sell the ruel books.
