All orders are custom made and can take from 4 days to 3 weeks depending on the orders.
Items are shipped as soon as they are made and ready to go, please allow this manufacture time for your orders.

I find fault with the above.. 3 weeks for a custom decal.. What nonsense! Keep in mind svtcustoms.com charges you the day you place your order not when it ships. All said, no decal should take 3 weeks to make and deliver and you should NOT be charged til the item is shipped!

Don’t buy from him then…

The vast majority of Terry’s customers have been quite satisfied with their experience with SVT Customs including me.

Agreed, many will find it better to avoid svtcustoms.com including myself. Seems recently many have qualms with svtcustoms.com.
I think your suggestion is a great one to take! Thanks..

You obviously don't get out much do you? If he (or any manufacturer) is busy, you will easily wait two to three weeks for a quality product. As far as being billed up front, I've been billed up front more often than not by any number of vendors.

When I built my first home, I paid an appliance vendor thousands of dollars up front and waited almost four weeks for the appliances to be delivered and set up. That's just the way the real world works. As Ayrton stated, you don't have to buy from him, I'm sure there are other vendors.

This whole thread probably has gone too far.. but MOST internet vendors/businesses do not charge til they ship.... that is the current way most do business! As far as 3+ weeks for a guy to get decal material, cut and ship, well that is a bit much. Charging upfront for an item you will not get to making for say 3 weeks is inexcusable. Will close by saying ALL the guys that ordered the build info, shroud decal weeks ago at a price of $40+ and still not received the decal or even an email explanation from svtcustoms.com explaining the hold up might just differ with your feelings on this subject. Unfortunately, I steered many of these guys to svtcustoms.com so I am hearing complaints from these guys. Indeed, there are other vendors. Unfortunately, guys have sent their $ to svtcustoms.com and have not gotten the product, unhappy with typos on the product, etc.. I'm in hope svtcustoms.com will get all straightened out for everyones sake.
Enough said from me in regard ot this mess.

In Billarfs defense!

In Billarfs defense, I am one of these people that ordered the $40 decal from him and when it arrived there was a type-o...he put the wrong build number on it. No big deal, I figured I could call Terry and he would correct this just doing good business. Here in lies the problem we are all having woith him, the way he runs his business. Its been 2 weeks now since I got my decal and I have e-mailed him too numerous times to count every day WITH NO RESPONSE! Which means I just paid $40 for a STICKER that I cant even use. Also, when I ordered the sticker, it was 3 weeks before I even got an e-,mail from him stating he recieved my payment and that he was filling my order! I am very happy with the decal if the info on it was right and from the looks of his website he has very nice products...many of them I would like to have and would have bought if not for the way he has treated his customers on this order. To sum it up...he has VERY poor customer service. And Bill I dont think any of us hold this against you...I personally appreciate the effort you put into having these products made for us. Its just too bad the vendor screwed alot of us.
