You guys are all just great. Somebody pulls a picture off another internet site and the rest of you attack it like a bunch of pirahnas, stating how stupid and ugly it is. The guy never posted his picture here and asked for opinions, so why the trashing of his vehicle? Does he not have the right to do what he wants to his truck? Does it make you all feel superior by being able to redicule others? The guy bought a truck and customized it the way HE wanted it to look. It's embarrassing to see some of these members show such lack of class and respect to others. Hopefully someday you'll grow up or face your just dues.

What he said. The guy just pulled those numbers out of his azz. A truck that only did 0-60 in 4.9 would not be in the 12s, much less the 10s. And the mph is too slow. That wing, or whatever it is, looks puke, too. And 3900 lbs? Must have removed the bed and fenders, took the seats out and is sitting on an overturned bucket. But those of us who road race our trucks realize that you need some aerodynamic assistance at the rear in the high speed corners. Why do all the NASTRUCKs have spoilers?

 

i wondered about his mph because isn't he quite a bit lighter than stock (according to him)? He claims a weight of 3900. I thought stock weight was like 4400. I don't know if hes full of **** or not, either way i think it looks nice cept that wing, wings are ok in my book, just that wing is nasty. And isn't it pretty hard to get accurate 0-60 numbers?

 

Speaking of spoilers, does anyone know what happened to Bulldog? Over a month ago he said he would sell me one of the spoilers he had for sale, but I haven't heard anything further, and when I e-mailed him today it came back as undeliverable.

I knew somebody would deface an L someday with a gay looking spoiler... i guess the day has come. I respect other people's taste, but when you take a good looking truck and add a cheesy import "wing" like that, that's where i draw the line.

No, I don't like making fun of people. I did that back in grade school and then I grew up. Sometimes this forum can get to be like a bunch of grade school bullies picking on the unsuspecting little kid, just because it's fun and it's ok, because "everyon else" does it.

Yes, I feel everyone has the right to do what they want with their property within reason. A wing on the back of that truck, although it wouldn't be my choice, would be within reason.

I just might paint my car with polka dots just so you can come over with your bull horn and laugh track, but don't expect to use that bull horn and laugh track very long. Ever heard the phrase "laughing out your ***"?

No hard feelings as I was just having a little fun with you. I just don't see the necessity for the constant put downs and trash talking. I've seen some of the most hideous customized vehicles around, and I might make comments to my friends with me, but to do it in a public forum, to a person who didn't even post their picture here and ask for opinions, is for the weak and immature. Just my opinion.
