It seems that all these guys lose sight of what is really important. BANG FOR THE BUCK!

Most of these guys drop close to 40 grand on their little 3 series and think they are tough sh*t. Then they get spanked by a truck that I got for under $30k. That has to be a tough pill to swallow. It's like dropping $10 to get into a strip club to find out that they don't even get topless.

Yes, Bimmers are nice vehicles. But you get what you pay for. A nice looking vehicle that handles good and rides good, but is slow, can barely haul 2 sets of golf clubs, couldn't tow a Radio Flyer wagon, and has more quirky problems than Fords do.

I personally am not offended by anything, but I think it really sucks that it's ok for reverse racism to go on in these days of MTV Real World love.

 

Actually the Focus is the best selling vehicle in the world I believe, but it is still a Ford. They have some kicka$$ fords in other countries that we don't get here (like the focus RS and the Mondeo) That guy really doesn't know what he's talking about. His fairy art teacher told him that fords are not pretty, and he based all his "knowledge" off of that.

I finally read all that stuff. I found it kinda funny that one guy kept saying "when I get my zo6 I will outrun a lightning". Well, whoopty frickin do. I get a$$ in my truck, and can carry a tent, camp mattress, sheets etc. Put all that crap in a vette and still have room for your date. And a cooler.

 

Point is, BMW's are nice, but just cost too damn much. I just find it humorous handing some dude his *** right after he dropped close to $40 grand on a "Driving Machine" that can't keep up with a truck.

 

well my 40k was spent to create a show car.. has best of everything, and includes the full spectrum of mods. Those from this forum that have seen in person, can back that up.

was never made to go smoke lightnings with.. if that were the case, i would have opted for an M5 instead. you make it sound like all the money went into performance..
