I am not sure about the upper pulley size - I will find out when I bring it in to be installed. It is the stock pulley that comes with the unit. As far as the nitrous goes, I will run the nitrous, however, I will most likely lower the jet size from 100 to @ 50 or so. I will have to discuss further with my tuner. The last Works 140 he installed and tuned produced so much power that the nitrous might be unnecessary (and that was one of the prototypes).

Dave
Nah, everyone is just waiting to see the numbers and the track times. There is no reason to argue which is better, one will prove itself over the others. Or possibly, it will depend on the other mods installed rather than coming down to the blower.

You'll be over the 20lb mark on the boost guage with a 6lb lower. We put an 8lber on our truck and it rocks!

Too bad you can't make LightningFest, we could use a fellow "Works" person out there.

Alright alright.

The KB is BETTER!!!!!

Nah but seriously, best of luck with the new blower. I for one(looks like I am out numbered here) do not like the looks of it, but that is no biggy. To each his own. Your truck is gonna be flying and that is all that matters. Can't wait to see you lay down some serious numbers. Best of luck with it. -Mat-

Boost and more boost isnt the answer. Proper tuning has more of an effect than anything else. Youll be extremely happy at 18-20#s with some good a/f. But you also have another secret weapon , the mighty Sal as your tuner..

I have a KB, but I am certainly not going to contend that it is superior to the Works. I think the Works is state of the art these days. I wanted one, and ordered one from Sal, but couldn't deal with the interminable delay so settled for a KB. Oh well, somewhere down the line there's always the 201.

Wither or not the 201 makes it into production is really going to be tied to how many people can use it. As more and more 140s get installed you will see few people who need a larger blower.
