Trim those sigs!

I noticed that many people have ridiculously long sigs. It gets really annoying when a sig takes up a whole screen. Some suggestions:

1. Nobody gives a rat's *ss about every little mod you have.
2. Nobody gives a rat's *ss about the other cars you own (and especially their mods).
3. Nobody gives a rat's *ss about the cars you used to own (and especially their mods).
4. Use a horizontal, rather than vertical, layout -- just don't hit "enter" after each line. To wit:

===================
2001 Black Lightning Built mm/dd/yy #nnnn of 6381
Best 1/8 ET 8.49,60Ft 1.946,82.69MPH on F-1's @ 26PSI
Perf. Mods:
Superchip R Chip
Bassani CatBack
Trimed and Polished Throttle Body
JDM 4# lower Pulley W/Cage
JDM Boost Bypass
170* T-Stat
NGK TR6 V-power Plugs
Airaid Cold Air Intake
Flex-A-Lite Dual Electric Fans
Inside:
Ford Collection,L Seat Covers
Auto-Meter Pillar Pod
Lunar A/F and Boost Guages
100W Bazooka Bass
Billet dressup Under Hood
Billet idler pulley's
Outside:
Lund Backdraft Tailgate Spoiler
Functional Shaker Hood

[other cars here --
mod1
mod 2
blah
blah
blah
. . .]

[cars I used to own here --
mod 1
mod 2
blah
blah
blah
. . .]

====================

becomes:

====================
2001 Black L, #nnnn of 6381 / Best 1/8 = 8.49 @ 82.69 / Superchip / Bassani catback / SB throttle body / 4# lower /
JDM boost bypass / 170* tstat / TR6s / Airaid Intake / Flex-a-Lite e-fans / Ford Coll. seat covers / Auto Meter pod w/Lunar A/F and Boost / 100W Bazooka / billet idler pulleys / Lund Backdraft / shaker hood
====================

Even better:

=====================
2001 black L, #nnnn of 6381 / Best 1/8 = 8.49 @ 82.69. To see my mods, click here.
=====================

Maybe I'm alone here, but I doubt it. Sorry if I have hurt anyone's feelings, but it needs to be said.

I second that.
Also, if you have a BAD picture in your sig, delete or replace it with a more pleasant one.
The one pic that comes to mind is a certain RED LIGHTNING, parked on ASPHAULT, surrounded by CYCLONE FENCE with RAZOR WIRE, with SNOW on the ground..... with someone wearing a SMURF BLUE COAT standing in front of it.

It has to be the most depressing picture I have ever seen of a lightning and it's new owner.

And I'll second that, and add that the pic should not be too tall. Look carefully and you will notice that I even vertically squeezed my new sig pic by about a third to shorten it up (plus it makes the truck look oh-so-wide in the "race" pic ).

But they are strangely aroused by the manly list of extensive mods in your sig.

I hope mine gets the Tim Skelton seal of approval??

Mine used to list all my mods, but after a while it was just to much. At one point I listed my mods as ALL

Now I just don't list any mods, I think people can figure I might have a few mods.
