My dumb question for the night!

I had my interior removed to put in a subbox and when putting the seats back I could of sworn that the large gold bolt was for the passenger seat\center seat belt buckle. But it doesnt go in all the way so I tried it in all the other seat holes with no luck. Am I missing a washer or I am just half a spaz? This isnt my week. Thanks for any help.

From what I remember...

The gold bolt does hold in both the passenger side and the center seat belts. My stock seat also had a plastic spacer in the seat bracket foot at that hole which filled part of the space on the shoulder bolt. Do you have both seat belt flanges on the bolt? As the holes in the flanges are only slightly larger than the bolt shoulder, it is also possible that one of them is not "centered" on the shoulder bolt, and is stuck underneath the shoulder. Hope this helps.
