Question Indexing Plugs

I'm fairly new to this forum, but I have read a lot of questions concerning spark plug types, brands, gaps, etc. I was wondering if anyone has taken the time to, or if they feel it is beneficial to index there plugs.

Thanks

Since the plugs are top mounted, I can't see any advantage. Also, since hardly any threads actually hold the plugs in, you couldn't rotate them enough with the washers. Plugs that are indexed have a tendancy to loosen up. You really don't want that on these motors...they seem to do that all by themselves.

No indexing--tapered-seat plugs plus too few threads in the head unless you have an 03 L. I d/k how you could SEE the index 'mark' as the plugs are deep inside of the camcovers/head. They're hard enough to change much less get a look at them. Don't try it IMHO.
