What is the fuel Pressure at the fuel rail when the truck is at idle? I currently idle with 30psi is this low? Do I need a new fuel pump? If I upgrade to a high volume fuel pump do I need to reburn my chip? I will appreciate any responses.

28-32 is about right. 39 with the vacuum line disconnected from the regulator.
