What does "No CDDJ" mean on radio?
Recently my head unit has been flashing "No CDDJ." I have the stock unit and 6 disc changeer in my 2001 Lightning. Has this happened to anyone, and do you know what it means? Thanks.

Thats what hers usually read when there wasnt one in there
( NO MAG). It(magazine) got stuck in there one time when a cd didnt seat back in correctly. When we got it unjammed and pulled out and reinserted it it would read " NO CCDJ" It did it for awhile then corrected itself. The dealer stated it was a read problem with the magazine and it wasnt picking it up correctly. I guess it was kind of like the head unit wasnt picking up or reading the changer anymore.
I would also like to know what it really means now.... From the wording it almost sounds like the way the head unit recognizes all the cds in both units for play????

Maybe the disc changer itself is no long communicating with the head unit. Maybe a broken wire. I am wondering if a "GEM" test on a scanner would pick that up or not. Hmmm..... -Mat-
