Flamed 'L', Copter & Boat

I have seent the pick on here before but cant find it again. Who owns the Black L, helicopter and boat with the "real" looking flames on all three?

You have to look on the NLOC, do a search for Beer Truck or go to the WashLO club section and look up "You gotta see this" by SLVRLTNG. I'm too lazy to give you a link.
