Talking Roll Bar is Done

Just got My truck Back from Star Chassis out here in KC and man its beautiful!! Have some pics but still trying to figure out how to download camera to the computer (new camera) soon as I can Ill post some pics!

For all who dont know this guy,

He can change spark plugs on a L in 30 minutes change a pulley in 20 yank a motor faster than you can say Lightning

But can't load a pic!!

LOL just kidding Scott!!

Get them loaded!!

I just got her home today and have some detailing to do such as painting the roll barr and having the Rhino Liner repaired! I aslo have to seal and paint the exposed metal!
Soon as the details are done Ill get some good shots!

Looks good! Was the sliding window ditched beforehand, or was that part of the deal? Put some purty padding on there, ya hear?

Those rear bars aren't welded to the bed floor are they?

The main hoop is kind of low, it's supposed to be 3 inches over the drivers helmet when sitting in the seat, so make sure you aren't sitting in the truck during tech .

Otherwise it looks nice. I used caliper paint on my bar, because it's chip resistant and made to be painted over bare metal.

Sal, no the bars are welded to the frame. And Luckily for me I a short guy! the stock seats will be going as soon as posible and I should sit low enough but Ill take your advise and not be in the truck if possable during tech.
What kind of caliper paint do you use? I was planing on just using the exterior color? but the caliper paint sounds like the way to go!

Scott it looks good, and by compairing your roll bar to mime, it looks like it only about 1/2 inch lower. So I think it will be just fine.
