Question Polished KB

Does KB make a polished version of their blower or is it only the Satin and Black? Ive never seen one (polished) on a Lightning only a Cobra. Does anyone have pics of either a polished KB or a Black one. I dont see many black ones either

Don't have a picture, but their literature claims they offer a polished version (third bullet from bottom): http://www.kennebell.net/supercharge...-navigator.htm

I have not inquired about the polished blower but was told by someone else that it is a $300 option or something.

As far as the black KBs. they are painted by the customer.

Aaron, you're right, here's the page for the Lightning blower, but it does not specifically address whether or not a polished version is available: http://www.kennebell.net/supercharge...lighting54.htm

The black blower on KB's webpage doesnt look like it was painted by the customer. It looks like the black finish that is for the 03 cobra blowers

Iknow the black you are talking about but have never seen a Lightning/Harley truck with that case except the prototype blower.

You can get them polished or powder coated black from KB. Most people haven't because it takes longer to order.

Is the black powdercoat the same finish as the prototype black on their page?

Yeah, I was gonna get the polished case but when I heard it would take longer I decided not to get it. Never asked how much extra.
