Noticed when I'm going down the road if I goose it or get on it I hear a quick semi-high pitched whistle. Almost if you were giving a quick whistle to get some ones attention but obviously not quite that loud. Is this normal or should I be worried? Thanks for any response.

 

My mom's expo had that problem as well -- It was a loose clip on the intake somewhere--- I think they said it was a butterfly clip? but i can't be too sure--

although it is not a lightning-- it was a 5.4

Maybe it is a loose/leaking vacuum line?

If it was a vacuum line wouldn't it make the sound all the time? I mean wouldn't you hear it whistle whenever you were in the gas?

 

Anybody else got anything, please? Just trying to make sure if I have a problem to get it fixed and if not I can relax. Thanks.
