Alternative to K&N filter

I have a drop in right now but does anybody have or know of a good alternative to the K&N? I don't mind buying filters every now and then and would like to get away from the oily filter. Thanks.

motorcraft paper filter?

I don't know of any other filter style really.

There are foam filters out there too but they have to be oiled.
