It does leonard. Just look at the GN guys and they will show you proof of clean internals and combustion chambers.

I prefer the SMC Ent kit as it is specifically made for the lightning with a new boost solenoid.

Absolutely.....when I took my Eaton off everything including t-body looked like new....it also cleans the tops of your pistons and valves.......but what is best about it is the ability to run more boost and timing on pump gas......

I had my injector on top of the entry to the blower but it drew water constantly...acted like a siphon...Id go through 2 1/2 gallons of water a week.....unless you put a selenoid on a switch activator, Id run the injector in front of your t-body....Aquamist instructions say to run it that way....this way I go through a half cup water a week if that and it doesnt draw water while Im cruising...this is whats recomended and it works...I am planning on putting a second injector in the system on the other side of intake boot....heres a pic....

Promod...Nice set-up! Question though, do you think if I put the nozzle in the PSP nitrous plate that it would siphon too much?? And what do you dillute it with? I am looking to get this ASAP but would like to talk to someone with expereience. Also, do you have anymore details on your dual oil seperator?? I love that and would love to do it!

Leonard,

Your nitrous is the best injection kit out there.

I was thinking about a water kit because it would be cheaper to use for daily driving. I would like to run higher timing than the 12.5° with 93 octane.

Putting the nozzle in Sals plate would look dope but you would be plugging it off after siphoning too much water into your motor...I will assure you that this will happen......thats the reason I made a dual seperator......I would fill up both seperators everyday and some..... for everyday driving I run regular water and on weekends Ill mix it with 50% denatured alcohol from Home Depot.....I am able to run 14 degrees of timing with 21#s of boost on pump gas with just straight water.....with the alcohol I can run much more and it brings my octane up to around 100 plus octane....my 1 gallon of denatured alcohol hasnt been used up yet in the past 2 months....(10 bucks a gallon and it makes 2 gallons).....I go through about 1 cup of water a week with a .4 jet ,being hard on the boost......Nitrous doesnt last that long......and yes you can use the alcohol mix with nitrous......all my dyno pulls went up and up in hp....even after the motor was warm...I didnt even need a cool off period......thats consistency..... the only thing is, when I mix with alcohol and get on it your truck will definately smell like its burning something funny and at night my buddy says he can see flames coming out of my side exhaust......

All the Ls in my area were afraid to try water injection as are many of you on this board.....Ive been a guinea pig in my area for many things, cams, torque converter, built motor, smt6 , water injection and mafterburner.....people were still skeptical about the water injection, as soon as I figured it out and got it right and dynoed my truck, Ive been getting lots of emails about it since.....my hp #s, according to my master tuner, were going so high without any detonation on 93 octane that he couldnt even believe it and told me "thats enough"....one of my pulls went to almost 700hp and my truck allmost flew off the dyno.....my tuner thought I had 103 octane in my truck and when he found out I didnt, he told me that after tuning thousands of vehicles, my truck made the most hp he ever seen on 93 octane in the country.....this is coming from the head engineer/tuner at Diablo chips......the proof is in the pudding, gentlemen and I like chocolate pudding..... to answer Easters question would be a simple Yes.....Im living proof.....I run 14 degrees of timing with 21.5#s of boost everyday and I adamently believe that I could get away with more timing and boost by way of a 50 to 60% alcohol mix....
