Plugs Changed
First and foremost, thanks to the guys who got back to me so quick today when I had questions. I appreciate it. Next, thanks to everyone on this board for posting their experience which made mine a little easier. Now, with my lightning speed it only took me 4hrs. with many smoke breaks, leg stretches, and internet post. All the plugs looked good, a little dark pink, except 2 which had some crud on them. I also had two that came out easier than the others. As long as I got them all back in correctly I should be fine. Thanks again to everybody on this site for their info.
I change mine way to often.
4 times or so this season allready.
I can do it in about 45 minutes, if everything goes right. Once in a while I still have one coil pack screw that likes to resist my attemps. Then it might take a hour.
I found if I put a 1.5 inch extension on the spark plug socket, then a swivell, I then tape them together and then a long extension I can get to any plug real easy.

Why would you guys want to put yourself through that process more than once a year? Do these trucks really need that if a good quality plug is used?I put myself through that 3 hour torture a few months ago and don't plan on doing it again until next year.
