Im in Houston and its pretty damn hot!!! Dallas is not any better right now. We have had highs mostly in the mid 90s except for this last weekend it was kind of nice. But by mid Sept. there wont be much changes. Hot and Humid as hell.

Oh yea-Still have not got the L back after 3 1/2 weeks in the body shop. Remember the coin-op carwash!!!!

So if they keep going ti route they are now I may not even have it for FFW.

I want to go, but not sure yet. We are having a little familly crisis right now so it will be a last minute decision if I go.

By the way it isn't me that is having the problem. I am good, but I might have to hang around here.

I'll be there as always

I haven't decided what I'm taking though. I will probably take the Cobra (03 sonic blue) so look for it in the show.

Thanks Mike

Yeah, it was around 90 yesterday. But that's nice compared to the 100s we had just 2 weeks ago. Seems like they pushed it up a bit this year too. Usually, our FFW here has been in the first week of October. About 2 years ago(I think), we had it in the 1st week of October and temps were down in the 30s-low40s. Unusually cold for us that early in the year. I'll be there either way though.

Whats the elevation of your track out there? Ours is 3000 feet

I'll be there. I was planning on entering in the car show, but I think I'm gonna run Tough Truck instead, it's pretty expensive, but should be a neat experience.

Don, I hope you make it down man, It'd be great to meet ya!

****: Yea the weather around here can be pretty inconsistent. Usually in September, things at least begin to cool off. The highs forecast for this weekend are in mid-hi 80's and lows in lo 60's. Beats the Hell outta 100's!

Not sure of the elevation(DFW), but I believe we're under 1000'. Houston Raceway Park is actually at or a little below sea level!

Hope to see ya'll there!
