The only downside is hauling plywood. It has a tendency to catch the slivers. This is very minor and would definitely get another bedrug. The wife likes it too. Plus if you have a cover it really turns the bed into a nice big trunk.

Plan on spending more than 15 mins installing a BedRug, Take your time and make sure it sits flush/flat in all the corners and curves... I have seen sooo many crappy installs on these things, it just ruins the look IMO when its all saggy and has air pockets. You should also clean the bed really well, and use some good cleaning solution when you wash it out. You want it to be dry and clean so the strips stay where they are supposed to.

how much is this snug lid? I kinda like that cover to. But you've got to get it painted right?
