Nittos and Mt. Sanford

It was a great day weatherwise, so I decided to take a road trip up the highway to a place called Chitina about 120 miles away. This was the first extended drive on my Nitto Extremes. I found that they seem to give a stiffer ride and pass through more vibration from road cracks than the F-1's. I think if I do more highway driving I will definately switch back to the Goodyears. On the plus side for the Nittos though, they definately hook up better for me than the F-1's ever did. I enclosed a shot I took on the trip of Mt. Sanford. It looks like a large cloud in the distance but is a 16,000 footer + with a base that has to be twenty miles wide.

I find the same with the Nitto 555R's they hook great. Interesting your experience on the hwy, have you lowered the air pressure at all?

And thanks for the picture. I just moved from Phoenix to Fort Myers and all though the ocean is my home, I miss the mountains.

D-Day
