Well we finally got the box mostly finished up and wired. The subs are not in yet, but should be this next weekend.

I will try and get better pictures later on. These pics do not show just how much of a tight fit it really is. Also, I broke the neon that is supposed to be under the amps and shinning through the plexi. Hopefully Friday I will make it over to the neon gallery and get a new piece made.

There are actually 2 amps in the picture. 1 - Rockford Fosgate 451S for the mids/highs and the other is a Rockford Fosgate 1001BD for the 2 12" subs. The subs are Image Dynamics IDQ 12"

That amp looks like it can put out some serious power

 

The 1001BD (for the subs) is rated at 1000Wx1 @ 2 Ohms.
The 451S (for mids/highs) is rated at 225Wx2 @ 2 Ohms.

ah nice so you got a bridge then right? I was gonna do that with my memphis amps but it would been too long for what i wanted.

 

yup, got the RF bridge to link them together. It is funny you mention memphis. I started off with 2 memphis amps, then 2 witha bridge, and then a belle. Then I switched over to RF with a 1001BD and a 551S, but I ran out of room so I switched to the 1001bd and the 451S.
