Hey guys!

I have an '01 with some serious seat belt problems.

I'll be driving down the road (doing speed limit of course) and all of a sudden........

MY SEATBELT JUST POPS LOOSE!!!

I had the latch checked when the recall came out, but it wasn't documented by the dealership. But that's another dealer horror story.

I need the part number for this latch (if anyone knows it off-hand), and where's a good place to get one from on-line.

I appreciate any help.

Hmm... yeah I think it'd be smart to get that one fixed...

Check the seat belt for beans or some of the green stuff. Maybe the latch is sticking open

Oh BTW, I can tell from the toyte picture that your truck is toyte like mine. Toyte like a toyger! Macho man truck ............Villiage people I hope nobody shoostes it. Shoosting is bad. Haaa Haaaa...the little one can' take a hint Haaaa Haaaa.....Dutch haater!! Isn't that weird!!

 

There was a recall for that in 01 for the buckles. Check with your local dealer to see if it was done.

 

i never heard of this before is it still for free?
i got a 01 and just turned 30k

 

I took my 01 in for service about four months ago and they did the seat belt buckle recall for free.

 

Anyone have the part number?
