Smooth bed caps....

Hey guys, how do you guys like your smooth bed caps, and where did you buy them??

Does anyone have pics of smooth bed caps and the factory tonneau, or smooth caps and a fiberglass flush mount tonneau??

I'm thinking about the smooth steps too, but I'm not sure I'm sold on them yet....

Thanks in advance, Ed.

Wow Tim! That looks f'n sweet man! How did he keep the bed cover from scratching up the rails? Did he put some kind of foam in between the two pieces? Any more pics of that truck? Whos truck is it?

I would think that foam weatherstripping would do the trick....if not, to be honest, unless you take the cover off, which I never do, you wouldn't notice it.

Those were secured with that cheesy two sided tape SS sends with the bed caps..................Notice next to the cab the lines aren't exactly smoothe........Plan on doing a reinstall to make them a little cleaner......

Man that sure looks sweet. I have the SM Pan and Smooth Endcaps. I need to get my tailgate handle painted, smooth sidesteps, and smooth bedrails. Boy does that look sweet! Nice truck man!

GDBY- 55, I hope you didn't mind me posting your pic, it's the best looking example of a smoothed and painted rear end that I know of, but look out, here I come!

Nice Tim, very nice. I love my Spank/smooth'd combo. I want to finish it but I just dumped quite a sum into a new motor. Ive got the SM pan/endcaps, but I don't have any other smooth pieces that would top that off. I love them smooth bedcaps!

Those smooth caps; are they a paint and stick them on, or do you have to do more?

They are a paint and stick-em-on type deal.
