I don't have a painted blower, but I did grind off the letters on the front of my blower.

just outta curiousity promod, what would the advantage be in making a plenum like that. it seems like we dont have big enough throttle bodies or mass air to support that much.

we got the big mass airs, REM has the 103mm and GMS has a 95mm along with C&L....just no electronics to go with them except for GMSs mass air for 550 bucks....I tried the 103mm but no luck.....the t-body is a decent size 130 mm or something but the restriction is the upper plenum...the charger wants to pull its air from the roof of the plenum and thats why I had the roof raised and hogged out...its still experimental...Im getting the first one ever done by this top notch porter....... hes been working on it for a week and its allmost done......

Find another powder coating guy! I paid $75 dollars to have each of my wheels powder coated and that was with a clear coat too. -Mat-

Dude, 120.00 seems high...shop around. One shop in town wanted 125.00 a wheel to powder coat my ROH RT's on my cobra. Iended up having another shop do all four wheels for 125.00 plus 75.00 for 6 hours of prep and sandplasting. total 200.00 and I was amazed when I picked up the wheels. If you want I'll provide you their # here in Pensacola (Thermodyne)

Here's a stock '03 Harley blower accompanied by some ceremic coated parts.

Also, Alvin (hot dog truck) had either his Eaton or Kenne Bell painted red. I can't seem to find his photo gallery though

Yea, I painted mine but it is hard to post behind some of the great work you guys are doing. Here is mine before the carbon fiber add ons.

It goes with the hotdog theme I picked up in 99. My buds keep telling me the truck looks like a hotdog with mustard on it.

Oh, I didn't forget the inside either. Real carbon fiber steering wheel.

Alvin
