Well, the new metco 4lb lower was the difference guys. I also put on the 6lb to see what gains were to be had and there was definitely a gain in torque. I'm planning to stay with the 4lber since the difference in power and torque to me is not worth stressing those stock rods anymore than I have to.....
Props to Shawn at SOCALDIABLO for the sweet tune....

It was in the 11.9-12.2 range.....
Believe me I was working my A$$ off changing the pullies for the comparison.

Man! The 6lber smoked the 4lber all the way across the entire rpm range, until it begins to narrow at around 4700. The peak #'s are impressive, but the 6lber's definitely gonna move the truck a 'lil quicker. IMHO, as long as you keep the revs down and stay out of boost in O/D, your rods should be O.K. Congrats on the #'s

And smart thinking on your part with pulley choices.
Although I run 6lbs 24/7 on the street, (I don't kill it 24/7)
I only run 4lbs at the track, and after two years of racing
my best ET's in both Nitrous and All Gas are still with the 4lb
and not 6lbs
You do make a little more HP and Torque with more than 4lbs of pulley,
but for most people and conditions, the extra heat it causes due to over spinning the Eaton,
will actually slow you down, especially in the heat.
Only with proper cool downs and major cooling Mod's
(fan's, pump, intercooler switch, heat exchanger, etc...)
will you be rewarded with better et's using that extra pulley boost
Of course thats just my opinion
