Question Mods = $$$ = Insurance??

For those of you who have invested considerable dollars in mods on your L's - have you included the mods and that investment in your insurance policies?

I know for a fact if I totalled my L today I would loose on the payout. Wondering if you have itemized insurance policies?

Thanks and have a great evening!

Dan

I think I'll call up Allstate and tell them I have several thousand dollars or more in drag racing mods.

Easterisland, great sense of humor!

Actually at the last SVT meet, racing insurance was brought up and I was surprised at how cheap it was.

I have a extra insurance rider on my truck. I had it appraised and would get $50,000 if my truck got totalled. If I remember it cost me $500.00 extra per year.

Don, good to know.

I have done that with my '66 Stang and had her appraised every time my investment with her goes up considerably.

Considering the money I have spent on the L it is time for the appraisal.

Thanks for the advice.

It doesn't cover me when racing.

If i ever total it while racing I will get it towed off the track, and then file a claim. LOL
