I have seen them for 800... I'm sure you could even get them for less than that too...

These cams are for somebody on a budget. They do not require different springs, lash caps, or any other hardware. They won't make the power that "new" aftermarket cams will, but they are also a fraction of the price. I purchased these cams new at $140 each, then it cost me $450 to have them reground. Brand new aftermarket cams are $350-$400 each, and you are well over $900 once you've bought the sprockets, spacers, and bolts to use them on a 99-up head.
