Question Which plug with 6 lb pulley??

Hey everyone, I was just wondering what plugs i need to run with the 6lb pulley that i had just ordered. My truck is a daily driver. I was thinking about going with the NGK BR7, but i'm not exactly sure. I could use any help or info i could get. My mods are listed below in my sig. Thanks.

Denso's

Those Denso's are expensive and are more fragile than the NGK's. If you feel your tune is right, then either one works. The BR7EF's were'nt as responsive as the Denso's when I had them in, but I haven't cracked a NGK yet.

You are right... Your tune needs to be correct but a little detionation will not take out a plug. You should have a good tune anyway.....right

If you are interested, we have them for $74 a set and will gap for $5 if interested.

Thanks a lot for your responses, do you guys think that the NGK BR7EF's would be good for a daily driver truck. I'm looking for a reliable plug that will last with no problems. I'm trying to be as safe as possible. What about gapping? What gap should i set the plugs to?

Is it NGK BR7EF or NGK BR7EFS. Trying to figure out part number.

Thanks again.

BR7EF is the name.

I run them with a 4#. Although it kills some power, its better to be safe then sorry.

Great plug for a 6#

I ran the NGK- TR-6's with a 6# lower and 1# upper with no problem what so ever. At a buck 39 each they are a deal.

No problems here

It's NGK BR7EF. I was using the 's' before to show a 'plural'.

I installed my '7's at 18,500 miles, gapped at 0.040" for my 5 lber(You might go to 0.038" for your 6 lber?). I now have 54,500 miles on my L , so that's 36,000 miles on a set of plugs. I'm getting 15+ mpg and it still puts out the torque.

I have a set of Denso IT24s waiting but I'm in no hurry to put them in.

I've run TR6's here in SoCal for 10,000 hard miles with similar mods. 160 miles a day baby! Great plug in my book. A search will answer your last question. I remember a thread that got heated over that one.
