Lightbulb lightning

I have a 2001 lightning that is totally stock and was thinking about modifications how much certain ones would help what is needed and whats not how much they will help time wise and horsepower wise i would like to shoot for 425-450 hp at the wheels and 12s in the quarter. the mods i was thinking of were

superchip flip chip or diablosport delta chip
jdm boost bypass
jdm oil breather
jdm line mod valve
4x4 trans pan & filter
LFP quick change pulley 2,4, or 6 lb. pulley which is the best for this combo
LFP idler pulley kit
nitto 555r drag radials will these have decent traction or do you think it will be time to step up to 15 or 16 inch wheels and e.t. streets.

any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Your Nitto's should grab, but if your experience is any thing like mine once I made the mods, I had to learn how to feather it in first. I would lower the air pressure in the Nitto's to 28 lbs rather than 32.

Your mod plans sound great, good luck.
