That pan is sweet looking gadget
already got one of Gregg's pieces submerged in tranny fluid

Got to hit the post office for some stamps so I can get one of those pimping FT decals for the underside of my hood

Anybody with the Moroso tranny pan or similar, install a tans temp sensor? I just recieved the same Moroso pan, and was wondering where the best place to drill a hole/have a nut arc'd on (because there is no hole for hole)
Think I could just drill and tap a hole, apposed to having a nut arc'd on?

There is a test port on the transmission itself already, the sensor from autometer will thread right in after you remove the plug. I believe it's about 1/2 way up on the drivers side, it shouldn't be too hard to spot.

Oh ok, for some reason I was under the impression that the sensor went into the pan. Thanks for reminding/informing me as to where it goes.

Thanks! I just ordered it.

I think this combined with the FTVB will make a huge performance in my L considering all the weight I carry in the rear as result of the stereo.

So is this a Gregg approved setup? I heard many
different posts about the 4x4 not being a good idea,
and I wondered about this one.....

Thanks,

Cliff

Does this pan use a stock gasket or does it have a specific gasket that has to be purchased seperate?

I have no problem with it, I use the FRRP pan myself. It (moroso) is a good looking piece.
