Mid Ohio Labor Day (1st and 2nd)

Spots are still open at the TracQuest/Rennlist DE event at Mid-Ohio on Labor Day and the following Tuesday, Sept. 1-2. What a great way to spend Labor Day, at one of the best race tracks in the country, as well as one of the hardest to get on! TracQuest/Rennlist events are well known for tons of high quality, low traffic track time, having only rules that are necessary to ensure safety and fun for everyone and great instruction, food, wine, people and camaraderie.

Because TracQuest/Rennlist events are much smaller than most marque-related club events, you'll get tons of track time - 5 to 8 hours over the course of both days. Continental breakfast and a hot gourmet lunch (as gourmet as I can get at Mid-Ohio, but they actually do a really good job) are provided and there's a great optional banquet on Monday night at The White Fence Inn (a terrific Bed & Breakfast 1/2 mile from the track, for those not familiar with it). All makes of cars are welcome at and regularly attend TracQuest/Rennlist events, so you'll get to run with a wide variety of cars including Porsches, Ferraris, BMW's, Audis, Corvettes, Vipers, RX-7s and many more. You can participate on one or both days. Also, I allow non-participant passengers (free of charge), so if you have friends who you've always wanted to take out for a ride at Mid-Ohio, this would be an excellent opportunity.

I can also use more instructors, so if you know of any qualified instructors who might be interested, please forward this special offer. Normally at TracQuest/Rennlist events, instructors pay 1/2 price unless they refer at least one paying participant, in which case they run from free. For this event I am waiving the referral requirement, and all instructors will run for free.

Information about the event and on-line registration are available on the TracQuest web site at www.tracquest.com. Instructors should put "none required" in the "qualifying participant" box on the instructor entry form. If you have any questions, feel free to send me an email.

I hope to see you at Mid-Ohio!
