Angry F#%& RPM outlet

i ordered a 95mm mass air and it said the kit was for 99-03 lightnings and come to find out there is no way i can fit a 95mm mass air on an 80mm boot so i returned it and a guy from there told me i would get the full refund because it was not my fault. the cost of the whole thing was 255 and i only got a credit of 186. so i called and told them the story, and now they are giving me some crap about how the product was used and damage. there is no possible way i could of used it!!!!!there is now way they are going to take 69 dollars just to replace a used filter that i never used they can kiss my @ss!!!!!! i just wanted to vent and let everyone know to be careful about ordering from them i was planing on spending a good amout for some products i need but not any more F@#& them.

Just call your CC company and dispute the charges.....Companies can be a biotch sometimes when it comes to returns on electronic stuff...Good luck....

If you have an AmEx card you can have them back charge the entire amount if they dont cooperate... now that will **** them off ..gotta love it

It's not just American Express, most credit card companies will help in resolving a dispute and will not charge you for the amount or interest until the dispute is settled. That's why I pay the majority of my online transactions by credit card.
