Oil Filter Question

I recently moved to an area in VA where the nearest SVT Dealer is about 35/40 miles away. I got an oil change recently at a 'regular' Ford dealer, and the mechanic told me that the oil filter for the Lightning was no different from the one used for the 5.4L Triton V8 engines.

Is this true, or do I have the wrong oil filter on my truck right now?

All 5.4's (including the Lightning) use the same filter, FL820S.
