Question Clunk Washers

I just bought the washers from David Lynn but have yet to install them. What do I tell the mechanic to have these installed??? Or can I do the install myself, if its not hard???

Didnt they come with instructions ?
[sarcasm on]
I bet if you bought them from a Supporting Vendor you would get instructions and support if needed... [sarcasm off]

I received mine from David. They did come with full instructions.

Great guy to deal with. They were shipped promptly and work great!

Man, what happens when someone buys a chip, or a pulley, or a CAI, or tires, or stereo equipment, or gasoline... from a non "supporting vendor"?

Actually, they are just linked from JLP's website. JLP doesn't sell them for DL.

Doug, I thought we were buds... You'll walk everywhere at the races from now on..

Selling maybe 1-2 sets every other week. Not a big market out there and neither is there a large markup on cost of manufacturing them to reselling them. Just trying to help some fellow L brothers out..

Something funny, I acutally had a Service Manager at a Ford Dealership from Minnesota place an order for 2 sets to have on hand for his L customers.

Took the washers to the dealer along with the TSB I got from David, the dealer installed them under warranty with no problem , I have'nt clunked since. He wanted to argue that it was the bump stops to no avail. Great fix it thanks again to the clunk washer god! Now if I can just get my truck back after launching a plug I will be a happy man, it's been 2 weeks but I think the dealer is getting me the new heads so I'm willing to wait. Keeping my fingers crossed for corporate approval.
