Couple questions on E-Fan install

About to install my E-fan and I have a few Q's.

How much fluid comes out of the radiator when you drain it?
How much coolant comes out when you pull the plug on the block?

Thanks!!

Also, do I have to swap out T-stats? What are the benifits/disadvantages of swapping? 160 or 170? part numbers?
If I do not switch out, what steps can I skip on JDMs instuctions for the fan install?

wow, that is a lot of Q's. lol. I think more in one post than I have asked the last 2-3 years!!

Are you changing out the waterpump?

If you are, get the mop out, it ain't pretty!!!!!!!

What a mess...........

I would follow JDM's instructions, I would go with the correct theromsat.

That's funny, I'm doing the E-fan install also. ACtually I just got done putting in my Cobra Waterpump and snaking the belt back on. I'm also installing a Hypertech 170 thermo with the Fan and Pump, but it didn't come with the kit. I just want it to be a bit cooler. Too bad we live nowhere near eachother, we could meet up and do this install together.
