One for the Florida Crowd (Stay Away from Walker Ford)
Some might know my truck has been having electrical problems latley. So I decided to bring it into Walker to have them try and find the problem.
They found a wire on the intercooler pump harness had burned threw.
So they replaced the wire and now the pump works.
Now I asked them to check the electric fan and AC out also. They never even looked at either. When looking for the reason for the intercooler pump was'nt working, they took parts off and when they reinstalled them they decided not to either install them correctly or loose screws and clips that secured the part in the first place. After they got the pump working they also never reset the computer to see if the check engine light went away. When I complained about they things to my service rep (Wes Walker) he just looked at me like a dumbazz.
Oh, almost forgot the best one, they actually reinstalled the wire from the alternator to the soleniod wrong. Instead of putting it back on the bottom terminal, they installed it on the top which fried my starter motor. Cost me another $260 + labor.
Normally I would go back to the dealer and bitch, but what's the use of having the dealer **** me off even more. There just gonna say I did it, which is vertially impossible because even if I WAS dumb enough to install the wire on the top solenoid terminal, you can tell and see the wire does'nt belong there.
SO MY ADVISE WOULD BE TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS!

thats sucks, you have a million times more control than I do my friend. It would be all I could do to keep myself from punching an A-Hole like that in his fat face. I have always hated dealerships, both in buying a car and having repairs done. They simply deal with too many customers to give a crap about any single person.
The last ford dealer that did an actual repair on a truck of mine was what is now called "Bay Ford" off of SR52..they replaced the oil pump on my Bronco at the time, they dented the back 1/4 panel big time somehow...then told me that the tow truck guy did it...even though I was there when the truck was unloaded.
Chalk one up for the "Tampa Bay Area FoMoCo **** List"
1. Freedom Ford
2. Bay Ford
3. Walker Ford
4. ????????????

Hey Derick, my truck is now lower than yours.
The 1" lowering spring upfront leveled the truck out perfectly.
I can now measure 3 fingers from the top of the tire to fender on both front and rear.
Looks good!

you must be about .5 lower in the front than me right now then. I can fit 3 fingers in the rear gap perfectly...the front I can pretty much get 4 fingers in...hmmmmmm...wonder what I can even do about it...considering I already have a 3 inch coil
