Seat Belt Chime? How To Turn It Off?

Mine is off but I have a few buddies that want to turn theirs off. And I cant find the link I had saved with the step by step on how to.

Does anyone else on here have it??

When i get in i push the the red release button one time, Then the annoying ding goes away

1. sit in seat

2. pull shoulder strap over your shoulder

3. insert belt into the seat buckle

sorry i had to do it

its a state law here that we have to wear them. and the police can pull you over just because your not wearing a seatbelt.

Speaking of chimes, anyone know how to stop the key in the ingnition chime. It would at least be nice if it stopped chiming when it is in the accessory mode. Since they made the key pad standard the chime is sort of redundant. Sometimes it would be nice to be able to listen to the radio and clean the windows. Even the POS Taurus didn't chime when in accessory mode.

Thanks for the reminder. I asked how to turn it off though??? Not about any laws or opinions?? but thanks

Gitit03- Yeah that works but I think they want a permanent disable
