Figured I'd post some pics of the new roll pan, and the the rear end body work from the accident(rear ended by dumptruck) oh and I replaced the slider with a solid one piece rear window. let me know what you guys think.

still need to get the plastic trim peice painted to match.

I love the Roll Pan and I can't tell any body work was even done. Who did the work>??? I am not really a fan of the rear window but I am sure it isn't noisey like the crappy azz window on my truck. -Mat-

Looks great!!!! Did they have a tough time with the fitment?

The dimensions seem to vary by truck, and they took a long time
to get mine right ... The painted piece will finish it off.

Now about those side steps .... and tailgate handle ... LOL

I like the rear window .... More "sleeper" looking ...

the rear definatly doesnt squeak anymore! I hated that slider. the bodyshop hated me, I stopped by everyday to check in and give "my opinion", they said the fitament sucked, they had to put it on and take it off a million times.

How exactly is that piece painted? Sanded then painted? How is the preparation done?

Thanks

Steve

Well, I really don't know ... I hear that you can sand it
then use a plasticiser in the paint. That's what they did on
my grille on the front, and I think the same technique on this
piece.

My body shop screamed at the fitment. It took two guys
three days to get it to fit right ... And it still is a bit "loose"
on the right side. I need to figure out how to draw the bottom
in a hair on the right ...
